Harbour Island Condominium Owners' Association is an exclusive gated community with 129 condominium homes nestled among the Channel Island waterways. Developed in the late eighties, there are penthouse floor plans and private elevators, as well as, shared elevator access to various homes which all enjoy beautiful views.

The Community includes a clubhouse, pool, spa and shower/restroom facility. Several committees avail themselves to maintaining the aesthetics and community standards for maintenance, landscaping and architectural. In addition, the Social Committee plans and provides for social events on a regular basis.
